PRIOR TO LEGION FC: Centeno spent three seasons with Atlanta United FC 2, after being drafted by its parent club with the 19th overall picks in the 2022 MLS SuperDraft. He spent his first season with the club in the USL Championship, where he registered three assists over the course of 30 appearances in 2022. Centeno then made the move to MLS Next Pro with the club where he logged six more assists in 46 appearances through 2023 and 2024. He scored his lone goal on June 4, 2023 in a 5-0 Atlanta victory over Inter Miami II.
