The Charleston Battery announced Friday the permanent transfer of forward Shakeem “Shak” Adams to North Carolina FC of USL League One, pending league and federation approval.
Adams made 10 appearances for the Battery across all competitions during the 2022 campaign before joining NCFC on loan in July for the remainder of the season.
The club thanks Shak for his contributions and wishes him well in this new chapter of his career with North Carolina.
