No team is complete without their fans, but in soccer, things are just a little bit different. The Regiment is the official supporter’s group of the Charleston Battery, and they are responsible for creating the environment you see in E1 at MUSC Health Stadium.
From drums to smoke, the Regiment has it all. Formed in 1999, the Regiment is one of the longest-standing supporter groups in the USL Championship and doesn’t plan on slowing down anytime soon. In this episode of Behind the Battery, we sit down with three members of the Regiment to reflect on what the Regiment means to them and what they mean to the Charleston Battery.
