All customers must present a scannable barcode on game day for entry into the game. There are various ways to present your ticket barcode. You can add your ticket to your Apple Wallet or pull up your digital barcode in your My Tickets account.
To access your tickets, visit www.chattanoogaredwolves-sc.com
Navigate to Tickets, MYTICKETS

Log In or Sign Up your account on the Tickets.com portal page.

Once signed in, click the hamburger menu, click My Tickets > Home to view your ticket inventory.
Your current inventory and upcoming inventory will be displayed on this page. To view your tickets, click View Active Tickets. This action populates a barcode that is used to scan into the game.

If you sign in from your phone, you can pull up your ticket barcode and add it to your apple wallet to scan on game days.

To forward your tickets to other guests, either navigate to your home menu in the top right corner or use the menu to the left of your ticket inventory.

Select tickets to forward and click Choose Friend. On the next screen, you will be able to add contact information for the recipient of the ticket. Any person that you add is saved in your account for future use.

Please make sure your guests know that they will receive an “ordertracking” email and will need to sign in via the link on the email to accept the ticket transfer.

Digital Tickets (iPhone users)
Single-game tickets or packaged tickets can be added to your Apple Wallet.
- You will receive a confirmation email from ordertracking@tickets.com
- Click the button on the email that says, “Click here to add to wallet”.
