July 20, 2025: Fort Wayne FC suffers heartbreaking 2-0 loss in Central Conference Semifinals to Flint City Bucks in Flint, Mich. Flint City’s Donavan Phillip scores for a 1-0 lead in the 117th minute off the rebound of a Dominic Ayella penalty kick that had been stopped by Fort Wayne FC goalkeeper Aurie Briscoe. Ayella adds an insurance goal in the 124th minute, ending Fort Wayne FC’s time in USL League Two
