Thinking about getting Forward Madison season tickets, but not sure if you'll be able to attend all the games? Don't worry, we've got you covered!

When you buy season tickets for FMFC's 2020 campaign, your 18 tickets are exchangeable for any game you'd like. For example, if you know you're going to miss the first three games of the season, you can transfer those seats and get four tickets to the fourth game of the season. 

All you have to do is give advance notice to your season ticket representative, and they'll sort it out for you. If you're not sure who your season ticket representative is, you can always call our office at 608-204-0855.

Forward Madison's ownership group, Big Top Sports & Ent., has won Downtown Madison Inc.'s Community Asset award for its work in revitalizing Breese Stevens Field this year.

According to Downtown Madison's website, the award was developed as a way to "publicly thank individuals and organizations who contribute significantly to improving the quality of life within the downtown community."

Forward Madison welcomed over 70,000 fans to games in its inaugural season this year. Breese Stevens Field also several hosted major concerts, along with high school sports and open community events.

Forward Madison FC is creating specially-customized soccer scarves for every one of its 2020 season ticket holders that signs up before Dec. 23, the club announced Monday. Each Flamingo fan will receive a knit scarf that features a woven patch with their name embroidered onto it.

According to FMFC merchandise manager Chase Eagan, the custom scarf is unique among American soccer clubs.

“As far as I know, I don’t think anybody else in the United States is doing this,” Eagan said. “We wanted to make sure it was fully custom, to give a personalized touch to our fanbase.”

Both new and returning season ticket holders will get their custom scarf as long as they have locked in 2020 season tickets before Dec. 23. 

Season ticket holders will receive admission to 18 games at Breese Stevens Field next year, along with an 18 percent discount on merchandise, 25 dollars to spend on food and beverages, the ability to swap out tickets for games they can’t attend and other perks.

Forward Madison FC has re-signed four of its key veteran players to the team for the 2020 season, the club announced Wednesday. J.C. Banks, Paulo Júnior, Don Smart and Brian Sylvestre will all continue as Flamingos, setting a foundation as FMFC looks to improve upon a fourth place finish in USL League One.

According to Head Coach Daryl Shore, having a foundation of returning players gives his team a base to build on. Speaking on the team’s podcast, Behind the Feathers, Shore said fans should expect more re-signings to be announced in the coming weeks.

“These four guys were all integral parts of our season all year long,” Shore said. “What we built in year one was truly special, and we only have better places to go in year two. When you do that and you’re putting together your roster, you’ve got to have a core group of guys that come back.”
