Megan is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and has spent 16 years in the sports and entertainment industry.  She has worked in various sectors that include facility management, recreational programming, AFL, NFL, ECHL, USL League One and the W-League. She currently holds the title of Senior Vice President for the Triumph and Liberty Soccer Club.  In her current role with the organization, she serves on the W-League Executive Committee, activates corporate partnership deliverables while providing joy in the community and enhancing the fan experience at Triumph and Liberty matches.

This will be Carlson’s third season with the Triumph. Carlson is the Head Coach and Technical Director for the Greenville Liberty. She led the team to the USL W Semifinals, a South Atlantic division title and a 6-0 home record in the club’s inaugural campaign. Carlson leads the day-to-day operations of the team and is involved in the club’s youth programming, fan development and community relations initiatives for the Greenville Liberty. She is also an inaugural member of the USL Pro Preseason Residency Program. Carlson served as Director of Operations for women’s soccer at Clemson University from 2018-2021. She holds a US Soccer Federation ‘A’ license and was the head coach of the women’s soccer programs at Anderson University, Jacksonville State and the Virginia Military Institute, where she built the women’s soccer program from the ground up. Carlson worked as a volunteer assistant coach for the Clemson women’s soccer team from 2014 to 2016.

Leo was born and raised in Greenville SC, playing soccer since he was very young.  He has played locally for Carolina Elite Soccer Academy and J.L. Mann High School, before majoring in Economics and Business at Virginia Military Institute, where he played soccer for four seasons.  Leo currently holds the title of Partnership Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator. In this role, he will work with businesses and organizations to build and strengthen partnerships with Triumph and Liberty.

Abigale was born and raised in Greenville SC. She went to the University of South Carolina majoring in Public Relations and minoring in French.  Abigale is currently our Game Presentation Coordinator. In this role, she will act as game day director for both the Greenville Triumph and Liberty.
