PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
We recommend the USM Parking Garage at 88 Bedford Street as the most reliable and affordable parking option. It’s a about a six minute walk to Fitzpatrick Stadium and season-long and event-day passes are available here: https://events.parkengage.com/usm
University of Southern Maine (USM) Parking Garage
88 Bedford Street, Portland, ME 04101
Pass holders are no longer required to scan their QR code at the parking kiosk. Parking ticket enforcement is linked to the vehicle type and license plate that you register when purchasing your parking pass. Anyone who parks in the USM garage without a valid parking pass for a match is subject to receiving a parking violation during the days following the event.
If pass holders have questions about parking, feel free to reach out to USM directly at usmparkingservices@maine.edu or call (207) 780-4718.

EARTH FRIENDLY
Walking or biking to Fitzpatrick Stadium on matchday is not only convenient—it’s also a great way to support a more sustainable community. For the most up-to-date bike routes and trip planning tools, check out the Portland trail maps below.

We’re proud to introduce a new way to get to the match—one that’s good for you, and good for the planet!
This July and August, we’re teaming up with the Bicycle Coalition of Maine (BCM) to pilot a free bike valet service at all Hearts home matches, with support from our friends at L.L.Bean. It’s part of our broader commitment to making matchday sustainable, accessible, and fun.
Here’s how it works: ride your bike to Fitzpatrick Stadium and look for the BCM tents across from Gate A, on the lawn at King Middle School (off Deering Avenue). Please note that the Bike Valet is located outside the stadium, before you enter. When you drop off your bike with their team of staff and volunteers, you’ll receive a wristband that matches one placed on your bike. All bikes will be securely stored on racks in a safe and designated area. After the final whistle, just head back to the valet tent, show your wristband, and a volunteer will retrieve your bike for you.
By supporting active transportation, we’re not just reducing our collective carbon footprint—we’re helping create a greener, more connected matchday experience. It’s one more easy way to get to the stadium. Learn more about the Bicycle Coalition of Maine and how to get involved at bikemaine.org.
RIDE SHARE
Using ride share apps like Uber and Lyft are convenient transportation options for getting to Fitzpatrick Stadium. The recommended drop-off and pick-up location is along Park Avenue, near the stadium’s main entrance. There is no dedicated rideshare lot, but drivers can use legal pull-off areas on Park Avenue for quick drop-off and pick-up.
