Competing for Clayton State, Sprunger-Hightower led her team with 15 goals, six assists and 57 shots in 2023. In a game against Albany State, she tied the school with 10 points in a single game. In 2022, Sprunger-Hightower scored a team-high seven goals including a hat trick against Flagler.
At the club level, Sprunger-Hightower played for the Indiana Fire Juniors. Playing for Westfield High School for three seasons, she earned All-State and All-District honors every year.
