Director Goalkeeping & Video Analyst

Goalkeeper Coach & Video Analyst Andy Swift returns for his seventh year with Indy Eleven. He is responsible for goalkeepers, opposition scouting, and defensive set pieces.
With Indy Eleven, Swift has helped coach the Boys in Blue to the 2024 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup semi-finals and four USL Championship playoff appearances, including the 2019 Eastern Conference finals.
Swift also is the Director of Goalkeeping for the Indy Eleven Academy, formerly Indiana Fire.
Swift has earned the US Soccer Federation A-Senior License and the United Soccer Coaches National Goalkeeping Diploma and Advanced National Diploma.
Prior to his time with Indy Eleven, Swift coached in the college game as an assistant coach for Marian University (2015-18), Jacksonville State University (2008-15), University of Akron (2007-08) and Clarion University of Pennsylvania (2005-07).
Originally from Birmingham, England, Swift attended the University of Maine at Machias where he played basketball and soccer and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation/Sports Management. Swift also has a degree in Mass Media Arts and Journalism and a Master of Arts from Jacksonville State, and MS and MA degrees from Clarion.
