In her last season with McKendree, Stiffler played and started in all 21 games, scoring 12 goals and tallying three assists. Throughout her entire collegiate career, she registered 42 goals and 125 shots-on-goal.
In her junior campaign, Stiffler supported her team with 30 points, earning 14 goals and two assists. The forward was named to many accolades in her junior season including unanimous First Team All-GLVC, GLVC Offensive Player of the Year, D2CCA First Team All-Midwest Region and USC First Team All-Midwest Region. As a sophomore, Stiffler earned eight goals as well as five assists. She registered 44 shots with 23 of them being on-goal. She was named First Team All-GLVC and USC All-Region in 2021-22.
In her first season as a McKendree Bearcat, Anna Stiffler scored eight goals and contributed three assists for a total of 19 points. The forward played in 17 games, starting in 16 of them. As a freshman, Stiffler had three matches where she scored two goals.
During her prep years, Stiffler led her team to the Missouri State Championship title in 2019. In that same year, she was named First Team All-State and First Team All-Region. In her sophomore year, she was also named First Team All-Conference.
