Led team in assists (a career-high seven), crosses (227), chances created (49), key passes (49), and minutes (2,955) last season. Second in the USLC in crosses, fifth in assists, tied for 20th in chances created, and tied for 33rd in clearances (98).
USLC “Player of the the Week” on May 14 after he recorded a season-high two assists, created six chances, completed 84% of his passes, and won a pair of duels in a road victory at Miami FC.
The following week, Stanley earned his third USLC “Team of the Week” accolade with an assist, six scoring chances for Indy, and six corners, one of which led to Ben Ofeimu’s match winner vs. Hartford Athletic.
Stanley earned his first “Team of the Week” recognition on March 19 with an assist on the match winner, five clearances, five duels won, five recoveries, and a team-high three chances created in a road win at Memphis 901 FC.
Started all 32 matches that he played in last season, recording 30 fouls won, 11 shots, and four shots on target.

One of the most consistent players in the USL Championship in 2023, Stanley was one of only eight players to eclipse 3,000 minutes during the regular season and one of nine to start all 34 regular season matches. He finished tied for the team lead with three assists and was fifth in the league with 170 crosses. Defensively, Stanley was one of the team leaders in clearances, blocks and interceptions. The 2022 season saw Miami reach the USLC Eastern Conference Quarterfinals with Stanley starting 29 of 31 games played and registering three assists.
Stanley was selected as the 21st pick in the 2021 MLS SuperDraft by Austin FC and signed with the expansion side on April 16, 2021. He played in nine matches, making two starts, with the club before signing with Miami ahead of the 2022 season.
Stanley played collegiately at Duke for two seasons (2018-19) and joined USL Championship-side Portland Timbers 2 for 2020. In 16 starts, Stanley played all 90 minutes and recorded a pair of assists. Following his initial season, Portland announced it would forego the 2021 season and Stanley was drafted shortly after by Austin FC.
In 2016, Stanley signed a USL Academy Contract with Saint Louis FC and saw action in 18 USL matches over three seasons.
Internationally, Stanley represented the United States as part of the U-18 squad and he earned training camp call-ups for the U-20 side.
