Tuesday's highlights: LouCity prevails in penalty shootout - Louisville City FC

Tuesday’s game at Keyworth Stadium went to a penalties after Louisville City FC and Detroit City FC were knotted 1-1 at the end of extra time in the Round of 32 U.S. Open Cup match.
