Richmond Kickers U13 Boys Elite players Ian Cox and Drew Vantre have been selected to the U.S. Youth Futsal National Team.
After the successful series of the Futsal I.D. State Trials, more than 500 players, 25 State Directors and coaches from across the country attended the fourth annual U.S. Youth Futsal National I.D. Trials held in July in Overland Park and New Century, Kansas.
Players were evaluated throughout the event, with top players chosen for U.S. Youth Futsal National Teams that will train together and travel internationally. The U11, U12 and U13 U.S. Youth Futsal National Teams will travel to Canada in December.
Richmond United ECNL players Kameron Simmonds, Kylie Fitzgerald and Ava LeGault (alternate) were also selected.
