Pablo Linzoain is entering his second season with the Riverhounds SC First Team in 2025.
In 2024, Linzoain became the third-ever player to sign with the Hounds’ First Team on a USL Academy contract after Wyatt Borso (2021-22) and Anders Bordoy (2023). He is the second to be homegrown through the Hounds Academy after Bordoy.
Linzoain made two appearances in his first season with the First Team, earning his senior-level debut as a substitute on June 1, 2024 against Indy Eleven.
A senior at Fox Chapel Area High School, Linzoain has played for the Hounds Academy on their top team in the Elite Clubs National League after coming over from the D.C. United Academy five years ago. He received the opportunity to train with the Hounds’ First Team during the two years prior to signing as part of the club’s Pathway Program.
