1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Limit one Entry (defined below) per person. Prize winner eligibility limited to military members. Non military members are permitted to enter by nominating a military member.
2. The “Toyota Military Moment Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) commences on March 1, 2023 at 12:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) and ends on September 25, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. CDT. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CDT on September 25, 2023 (the “Deadline”) to be eligible.
3. Enter by logging onto https://sportsengine-staging.go-vip.net/sanantoniofc/salute and clicking on the Sweepstakes landing page. Then, if you are a military member, complete the information required to become an “Entrant” for a chance to win, or, if you are not a military member, complete the information required to nominate an “Entrant” for a chance for them to win.
4. All Entrants must provide valid contact information including, but not limited to, first name, last name, date-of-birth, zip code, phone number, email address, military branch served, rank, years of service, status (“Active, Retired, Veteran”), and a brief background on time served. Submitting this information accurately constitutes an Entry.
5. Completion of an Entry signifies Entrant’s acceptance of receiving a sales solicitation between SA FC, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company, d/b/a San Antonio FC (“SAFC”), Gulf States Toyota (“Sponsor”) and/or an authorized Sponsor representative.
6. Eighteen (18) Entrants will be randomly selected on each of the following drawing dates: March 4, 2023; March 18, 2023; April 1, 2023, April 15, 2023, April 22, 2023, May 20, 2023, May 28, 2023, June 3, 2023, June 24, 2023, July 8, 2023, July 15, 2023, July 22, 2023, August 9, 2023, August 12, 2023, August 19, 2023, September 9, 2023, September 16, 2023, October 7, 2023 (each, a “Drawing Date”) and will become a prize winner (each, a “Prize Winner” and collectively, “Prize Winners”). Each Prize Winner will be contacted by phone within one (1) day following the respective Drawing Date.
7. Each Prize Winner, after appropriate verification, shall receive the following Prize (individually, “Prize”):
a. One (1) Lot 2 parking pass.
b. Four (4) tickets to a SAFC home game, where the military member shall be recognized during pre-game or half-time at a SAFC home game. Specific home game and pre-game or half-time recognition to be determined in SAFC’s sole discretion.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $150.00.
8. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible Entries received. Any Prize not claimed will be forfeited. In the event a Prize Winner cannot be contacted within one (1) day, to claim the opportunity to win the Prize, or is ineligible to win the Prize, an alternate Prize Winner will be selected through a second random drawing within one (1) day of the original Prize Winner being ruled ineligible. This process will be repeated until an alternate Prize Winner can be contacted and deemed eligible to claim the Prizes.
9. This Sweepstakes is only open to U.S. military residents, and residents who have nominated a military member, living in the State of Texas, with the exception of those living within seventy-five (75) miles of the Dallas, Texas and Houston, Texas city limits. This Sweepstakes is only open to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees, immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children) and persons affiliated with Sponsor and its Member Teams, their parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, are not eligible to enter or win.
10. Sweepstakes void where prohibited. Sweepstakes and the Official Rules will be governed, construed, and interpreted under Texas law.
11. By entering, Entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor, SAFC, and any and all of its affiliates, and the USL and its Member Teams and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, agents and owners (the “Released Parties”) against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) Entrant’s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the Prize awarded in the Sweepstakes.
12. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not subject to exchange. No substitute prizes will be awarded and Prizes may not be exchanged for cash. Prize Winner is responsible for payment of any applicable federal, state and local taxes on the Prize. Prizes consist only of items specifically listed as part of the Prize.
13.The Released Parties accept no responsibility for an Entrant failing to receive the Prize.
14. By submitting an Entry, Entrant understands that the Released Parties shall have the right to use the Prize Winner’s voice, name, likeness and photograph(s) for advertising and promotional purposes without further authorization, compensation, remuneration or notification except where prohibited by law.
15. All decisions as to the Sweepstakes rules and interpretations are exclusively within the sole discretion of Sponsor, SAFC, and the USL, and may be changed from time to time without notice or recourse. Prize is awarded “AS IS” and “WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,” express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
16. By submitting an Entry or accepting a Prize, all Entrants release the Released Parties from any liability whatsoever and waive any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any Prize (including any type or manner of costs or damages), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or any other theory.
17. Entrants that violate the Official Rules are subject to disqualification from participation in the Sweepstakes or claiming or using a Prize. Any such decision is in the sole discretion of SAFC. The potential Prize Winner may be required to execute a Release of Liability within five (5) days of attempted notification.
18. SAFC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the Prize.
19. SAFC is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Sweepstakes or in the announcement of Prize. In the event SAFC is prevented from continuing with this promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond SAFC’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic (including COVID-19), earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within SAFC’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), SAFC shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If SAFC, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, SAFC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award Prizes from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, in a random drawing. In no event will more Prizes be award than those specifically listed.
