Jessie Hunt, the 23-year-old midfielder from Edina, Minnesota, is ready to take the pitch for Sporting JAX. While playing for the Minnesota Thunder during her high school years, Hunt earned an invite to the US Soccer Region II ODP Camp in 2016 before helping her team win the 2018 ECNL Midwest Championship, and taking them to the ECNL Quarterfinals in 2017 and 2018.

Hunt’s collegiate career started off at the University of Wisconsin before transferring to Northeastern University where she made an immediate impact. At Northeastern, she started in 53 of her 55 games, registering 11 goals and 27 assists over the course of three seasons. Over 4,300 minutes on the pitch resulted in a pair of program records for assists, including most in a single season, and most in program history. With strong vision on the field, and perfect playmaking ability, Jessie Hunt can add a dynamic layer to the Sporting JAX midfield.
