Another Florida native comes in the form of defensive midfielder, Zara Siassi. Siassi spent her high school years at Park Vista Community High School where she garnered first team All-Conference honors, and lettered her last two years. Her club career consisted of time spent with Boca United FC ECNL and Weston FC DA, as well as the Olympic Development Program state team, and participation in the 2016 ODP National Camp in Phoenix, Arizona.

The University of North Florida has had Siassi since the 2020-2021 season, and this Osprey has made quite the impact. She has played and started in all 82 games of her collegiate career, which is a program record, and has had the most minutes played by a non-goalkeeper on the UNF roster each season since her sophomore year. With 11 defensive awards to her name, and over 7,000 minutes played in Hodges stadium, Zara Siassi will bring a young defensive energy to her home stadium.
