
The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC is committed to bringing an exciting and quality soccer experience to our fans, as well as the Colorado Springs community. Our staff will be happy to assist you with any concerns you may have, including the following:
- Disturbing other patrons’ and their experience at our events
- Failure to comply with Switchbacks FC personnel
- Any violations of local, state or federal laws
- Abusive language or obscene gestures towards players, officials, other patrons, and Switchbacks personnel including signage, chants, social media posts, or any other methods.
- Fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks or gestures, or inciting any form of violence
- Guests are seated in seats other than their own, as assigned by their ticket
- Clothing that could be considered obscene or indecent
- Smoking inside the venue
- Unruly or unlawful behavior resulting from intoxication
- Delaying or interfering with the progress of the match in any way shape, or form
- Consuming alcohol under the age of 21, or purchasing alcohol for any person under the age of 21
- Throwing, launching or otherwise landing any object onto the field of play
- Climbing over railings
Our guests are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of those who have accompanied them and are seated within their seats. Event patrons and guests who violate those provisions will be subject to ejection without refund, potential loss of ticket privileges for future matches, and possible relocation of their season ticket account.
