2. HOW DO I ACCESS MY SEASON TICKETS?
Season Tickets will be distributed via the Switchbacks App available on the App Store and Google Play. Season ticket members will need to link their SeatGeek account to their Switchbacks Season ticket account to be able to access tickets within the app. If you have any issues accessing your tickets, please take a look at the “Ticket Access” portion of the STM Information tab on Switchbacksfc.com or give the front office a call at 719-368-8480.
3. HOW DO I CREATE/REGISTER A SEATGEEK ACCOUNT?
To create/register a SeatGeek account, please visit https://seatgeek.com/#register and you will be prompted to create an account. If you already have a SeatGeek account you can link that with your Switchbacks account to not create multiple accounts. If you have any issues accessing your tickets, please take a look at the “Ticket Access” portion of the STM Information tab on Switchbacksfc.com or give the front office a call at 719-368-8480.
4. HOW DO I LINK MY SEATGEEK ACCOUNT WITH MY EMAIL?
To link your SeatGeek account to your email address, please visit https://seatgeek.com/switchbacksfc/verify and follow the directions to get your tickets to appear in the app. If you have any issues accessing your tickets, please take a look at the “Ticket Access” portion of the STM Information tab on Switchbacksfc.com or give the front office a call at 719-368-8480.
5. WHAT IF I FORGET MY SEATGEEK PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your SeatGeek login password, please visit https://seatgeek.com/forgot_password to get instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive the instructions to your email, please check your junk and spam folder. If the instructions are still not found please give the front office a call at 719-368-8480 and we can help resolve this issue from our side.
6. CAN I SIT NEXT TO MY FRIEND IF WE HAVE SEASON TICKETS IN THE SAME SECTION?
Your season ticket account representative will do their best to accommodate you and your friend(s) to arrange seating locations next to one another.
7. WHAT IS THE CLUB’S REFUND POLICY?
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless Switchbacks FC is unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a match date or time change.
8. DO SEASON TICKET MEMBERS RECEIVE A DISCOUNT ON TEAM MERCHANDISE?
Yes! All season ticket members receive 20% discount on all team merchandise.
9. WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE OPTED-IN TO PLAYOFF TICKETS AND AUTO-RENEWAL SEASON TICKETS?
Purchasing Season Ticket(s) opts-in your account to auto purchasing Playoff Ticket(s) for as many season ticket seat(s) you have for all home playoff matches at Weidner Field for current and future seasons and auto renewal of your Season Ticket(s) and Location(s) for all future seasons. Switchbacks FC provides this service to preserve Season Ticket(s) and Location(s) at the best pricing available. Switchbacks FC will provide and communicate an opt-out period prior to any charges being made for any home playoff matches or future seasons.
10. HOW MANY TICKETS DO I NEED TO PURCHASE TO BE CONSIDERED A GROUP?
Groups of 10 or more will be eligible for group pricing. To reserve group tickets please call or email Jon Taylor at (719)-368-8480 x108 or jtaylor@switchbacksfc.com.
11. ARE THERE ANY PARTY AREAS FOR LARGE GROUPS?
Yes! We are able to accommodate large groups in the Northwest and Southeast corners of Weidner Field. For more information on party accommodations, please call please call or email Jon Taylor at (719)-368-8480 x108 or jtaylor@switchbacksfc.com.
12. WHAT ABOUT ACCESSIBLE SEATING, ADA ENTRY, & ADA PARKING?
Accessible seating is available at all Switchbacks FC matches. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companion. Depending upon availability, we will make efforts to ensure that seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. ADA parking will be on the West side of Weidner Field and will be located close to the ADA entrance, The Sky Club Gate, located on the West side of Weidner Field.

13. DO INFANTS NEED A TICKET?
Children two years old and younger will receive complimentary entry, assuming they will be sitting on the lap of a parent or guardian. If the child has reached their third birthday, they must have a ticket to enter.
14. WHERE IS THE SUPPORTERS SECTION(S)?
The Trailheads have the Base Camp section 127 located directly behind the South goal and is reserved standing only. Sangre Latina have section 130 located in the Southwest corner of Weidner Field and is also reserved standing only.
15. WHAT TIME DOES THE SWITCHBACKS FC BOX OFFICE OPEN ON GAMEDAY?
The Switchbacks FC Box Office opens at 9 am on game days. Single game tickets will be on-sale pending availability. Season Ticket Member and Military discounts are the only discounts offered at the Box Office. All printed tickets will cost $1 per ticket to have them printed at the box office.
16. HOW DO I PICK UP WILL CALL TICKETS?
You can find your will call tickets at the box office on game day. You will need to provide proof of ID in order to obtain tickets left in your name. Please remember to distribute tickets ahead of time for friends and family. Switchbacks FC cannot take tickets on behalf of fans for third parties at Will Call.
17. CAN MY TICKETS BE SCANNED FROM MY PHONE?
Yes, we can scan tickets off your phone. We do recommend that you turn up your screen brightness and zoom in on the barcodes to ensure the tickets will scan properly.
18. WHAT IS THE POLICY ON LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS?
We can replace lost Season Ticket sheets with printed tickets for a $10 printing fee. Stolen tickets (with police report) will be replaced with printed tickets without additional charges.
19. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS IF I DO NOT HAVE MY TICKET(S)?
If you do not have your ticket(s) with you, please go to the Switchbacks FC Box Office for assistance. We can email you another copy of your ticket(s), which can then be scanned off your phone.
20. WHAT IS THE SWITCHBACKS FC TICKET DISCLAIMER?
As a reminder to all fans, please be wary of fraudulent or counterfeit tickets to Switchbacks FC matches. Counterfeit tickets will not be accepted for admission to the event. For your protection, we advise you to ensure that your tickets were acquired either directly from Switchbacks FC (through our season ticket or group ticket programs) or from our designated ticket servicing agent, SeatGeek.
All single game tickets are non-refundable. If a match is postponed or rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored for the rescheduled event.
21. HOW IS THE JAGERMEISTER CUP AFFECTING SEASON TICKETS?
With the USL Championship regular season being moved to 30 games and the Jägermeister Cup adding four games, Season Ticket & Flex will still have access to 18 home games, with the exception that Flex can not redeem vouchers for the 4th of July’s match. Season Ticket Members have tickets to one pre-season match, 15 USL Championship regular season matches as well as two Jägermeister cup matches.
TICKET ACCESS TROUBLESHOOTING
If you are having issues accessing your 2025 Switchbacks FC digital tickets, please make sure you have completed the steps below and have looked at the troubleshooting tips to make sure the issue you are having is outside our typical account linking issues.
1. Have you downloaded the Switchbacks FC app to your mobile device?
All Switchbacks FC tickets will be distributed via the Switchbacks App available on the App Store and Google Play. Please download the app for your respective device at the link below.
2. Have you created a SeatGeek ticketing account?
To create/register a SeatGeek ticketing account, please visit https://seatgeek.com/#register and you will be prompted to create an account. If you already have a SeatGeek ticketing account you can link that with your Switchbacks account to not create multiple accounts.
3. Have you linked your Switchbacks FC tickets to your SeatGeek account?
To link your SeatGeek ticketing account to your email address and your Switchbacks FC tickets, please visit https://seatgeek.com/switchbacksfc/verify and follow the directions to get your tickets to appear in the app.
4. Can you log into your SeatGeek account on the app?
To access your tickets on the app, you will need to log into your SeatGeek Ticketing account on the Switchbacks FC App. If you have forgotten your SeatGeek login password, please visit https://seatgeek.com/forgot_password to get instructions on how to reset your password.
*TROUBLE-SHOOTING TIP* – If you are receiving a looping error and unable to get a password reset, this means you likely do not have a SeatGeek ticketing account created and will need to register a SeatGeek ticketing account using Step 2.
*TROUBLE-SHOOTING TIP* – If you do not receive the password reset email from SeatGeek within 10 minutes of submitting a request, please email tickets@switchbacksfc.com or call the Switchbacks FC front office at 719-368-8480 to receive help getting your password reset escalated with SeatGeek.
5. Can you view the QR ticket barcode within the tickets tab of the app?
Once you have opened the app, you will need to click over to the tickets tab located at the bottom center of the app.

Next you must click “MY TICKETS” to bring up all matches you have active tickets you have bought or flexed.

After this, you will need to click into the specific match you are trying to access tickets for. From here you will click on the tickets you would like to get scanned, send, or sell and the barcode and prompts will appear on the screen.

*TROUBLE-SHOOTING TIP* – If you have completed all the steps above but upon the last step you receive a page that says “ticket barcodes will be available in time for the match”, please email tickets@switchbacksfc.com or call the front office at 719-368-8480 to have a ticket operator help assist getting those barcode to you.
