We are able to accommodate large groups in the Northwest and Southeast corners of Weidner Field. For more information on party accommodations, please call please call or email Jon Taylor at (719)-368-8480 x108 or jtaylor@switchbacksfc.com.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Are there ADA seats?<\/summary>\n<p>Accessible seating is available at all Switchbacks FC matches. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companions. Depending upon availability, we will make efforts to ensure that seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Where can I pick up my Will Call tickets?<\/summary>\n<p>You can find your will-call tickets at the box office on game day. You will need to provide proof of ID in order to obtain tickets left in your name. Please remember to distribute tickets ahead of time for friends and family. Switchbacks FC cannot take tickets on behalf of fans for third parties at Will Call.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Do infants need tickets?<\/summary>\n<p>Children two years old and younger will receive complimentary entry, assuming they will be sitting on the lap of a parent or guardian.&nbsp; If the child has reached their third birthday, they must have a ticket to enter.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What happens when I do not have my tickets?<\/summary>\n<p>If you do not have your ticket(s) with you, please go to the Switchbacks FC Box Office for assistance. We can email you another copy of your ticket(s), which can then be scanned off your phone.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What is the policy on lost or stolen tickets?<\/summary>\n<p>We can replace lost Season Ticket sheets with printed tickets for a $10 printing fee. Stolen tickets (with police report) will be replaced with printed tickets without additional charges.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What is the Switchbacks ticket disclaimer?<\/summary>\n<p>As a reminder to all fans, please be wary of fraudulent or counterfeit tickets to Switchbacks FC matches.&nbsp; Counterfeit tickets will not be accepted for admission to the event.&nbsp; For your protection, we advise you to ensure that your tickets were acquired either directly from Switchbacks FC (through our season ticket or group ticket programs) or from our designated ticket servicing agent, SeatGeek. All single-game tickets are non-refundable. If a match is postponed or rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored for the rescheduled event.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Can my tickets be scanned on my phone?<\/summary>\n<p>Yes, we can scan tickets off your phone. We do recommend that you turn up your screen brightness and zoom in on the barcodes to ensure the tickets will scan properly.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What is the refund policy for tickets?<\/summary>\n<p>No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless Switchbacks FC is unable to fill your order. The earlier flex tickets are reserved the more seats are available to choose from.
