• What are you most excited for with Team USA? “I am super excited to meet and play with the best girls from all over the country. Something about meeting athletes from different states who excel in the same sport as me is super cool. I love seeing how girls from different parts of the USA play, and often learn a lot from them too! I can’t wait to make some new friends who I could play in college in the future! That would be awesome!”
• What does it mean to you to represent the USA? “It means the world to me to represent the USA. Never in my life did I think I would get to wear my country’s name across my chest! My mouth hurt for a bit because I could not stop smiling after hearing the news. This is an astonishing honor to know that all of the hard work I’ve put in so far has been paying off! I can’t wait for Mexico!”
