Birmingham – ALA (Jan. 30, 2024) – Birmingham Legion FC today announced that midfielder Mikey Lopez has undergone a successful surgery to repair a ruptured Achilles tendon.
Lopez’s rehabilitation process will determine his recovery timeline. Lopez is expected to make a full recovery; however, he will be sidelined for a significant part of the 2024 season.
