BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Birmingham Legion FC is continuing its efforts in making Protective Stadium the premier sporting venue in the Magic City for fans and its families. In conjunction with its partners at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex, Legion FC is excited to unveil stadium food favorites at a discount for all home matches for the 2025 season at the Family Friendly Pricing Stand located at section 106 of Protective Stadium.
“In 2025, we continue looking at ways to elevate the fan experience,” said new Legion FC Chief Business Officer Nick Hall. “Part of a great experience is the value and that’s why we have put even more effort into making Legion Games an affordable way to spend an evening for everyone.”
Located at the concession area on the concourse in the southwest corner of the stadium, the Family Friendly Pricing Stand features hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, soft pretzels and 16 oz. fountain drinks for just $3.50 apiece. 12 oz. domestic beer is also available for $5.
In addition to the Family Friendly Pricing Stand, fans in attendance can also experience a unique taste of local favorites all season long with a variety of food trucks serving up its popular dishes in the North Terrace. A staple of the Legion FC matchday dining experience, the food truck lineup is highlighted by fantastic fusion offerings from Wasabi Juan’s and Ruscelli’s, as well as Cheezin — voted the top grilled cheese in Birmingham. Fans can also cool off with a shaved ice and their choice of 100+ flavor combinations from 205 Ice.
“One of Birmingham’s many signatures is food.” Hall said. “The ability to showcase some of the local favorites during games will only enhance an already memorable time at Protective Stadium.”
