
Chattanooga Red Wolves SC (3-4-2) is concluding a two-game home stand this Saturday, June 1, as the team hosts Toronto FC II (4-3-1). The match kicks off at 7:00 p.m. ET from David Stanton Field. Gates open at 6:00 p.m.
This will be the first meeting between Chattanooga and Toronto II. The two teams will meet again on September 6 in Toronto before concluding the regular season against each other on October 5 in Chattanooga. Toronto enters the match in third place in USL League One while Chattanooga is pushing for a playoff spot, currently sitting in seventh place.
PLAYERS TO WATCH:
CHATTANOOGA: Alex Mangels, Goalkeeper: Mangels is coming off a stellar performance last week against Greenville that earned him USL League One Player of the Week. Mangels had four saves in the match which pushed him to 32 saves on the season. That save total is top in the USL. It was Mangels third clean sheet of the season.
TORONTO: Jordan Perruzza, Forward: Perruzza leads Toronto II in goals this season with three in just six appearances. That total ties him for fourth in the league in goals. Perruzza scored the game winner for Toronto against FC Tucson last Saturday in a 1-0 victory.
LAST TIME OUT:
CHATTANOOGA: The Red Wolves needed all 90 minutes and then some last Saturday as Éamon Zayed scored the only goal of the game in the fourth minute of added time to give Chattanooga the 1-0 victory over Greenville.
TORONTO: Toronto played a midweek matchup against North Texas SC on Wednesday and were victorious, defeating them 3-2. Patrick Bunk-Andersen, Mathew Srbely and Terique Mohammed each scored for Toronto with Mohammed’s goal being the winner in the 77th minute.

Chattanooga begins a two-game road trip next Saturday, June 8, as they travel to take on South Georgia Tormenta FC at Erk Russell Park. Kickoff is set for 8:00 p.m. ET.
