Chattanooga Red Wolves SC (10-8-9) hosts Toronto FC II (9-10-8) at David Stanton Field Saturday night.
The team’s playoff hopes are contingent on a win against Toronto and a favorable result for Lansing Ignite (12-5-10) against Forward Madison FC (11-9-7) on Saturday.
The match marks the third and final meeting between Chattanooga and Toronto with the series sitting at 0-0-2. Toronto last visited Chattanooga on June 1, and the match ended in a 2-2 draw.
Chattanooga sits in fifth place in League One standings with 39 points, just one point shy of the fourth-place playoff spot currently occupied by Madison. If Madison loses or ties to second-place Lansing, the Red Wolves are still eligible to clinch the fourth and final playoff spot with a win against Toronto.
Saturday will see defender Leo Folla available to play following his one-game suspension after receiving a red card for two cautionable offenses against Orlando City B on September 21.
Toronto enters the match missing defender Franco Ramos Mingo following his red card for two bad fouls.
