Soto’s Taco Recipe:
- 1 Can of pinto beans
- Blend it for to a paste (30 seconds)
- 2 cups of diced cabbage
- The heat resistance makes this the favorite over other typical taco greenery.
- Make your Pico de Gallo
- 1 diced jalapeno
- 1 diced golf ball sized tomato
- Dice 1/2 an onion
- 1/2 of an avocado (cut diagonally like Soto)
- 1/2 of a freshly squeezed lime
- Stir it up
- 2 cups of your choice salsa
- 1 chicken breast
- pan-seared until golden brown
- 8 hours in the crockpot on low heat
- pull with fork afterward
- 10 corn tortillas
- âââââââheat on a skillet until small bubbles form
- sprinkle cheese on the second side of tortilla for 10 seconds (optional)
- âââââââAND ENJOY!
