My favorite place I’ve lived would be DC. It’s a great city with tons of things to do. I had some of my best playing years there and made some great friends.
I’d like to see the young American for Dortmund, Giovanni Reyna, get some more time. He’s obviously fairly young, but I’d like to see him play more to continue his development which would lead to a positive impact on our national team as well.
I think a dream vacation would be to go to Thailand. I’ve heard so many great things about people’s experiences going over there.
I wouldn’t say I’m great at cooking, but when I do I like to keep it fairly simple. My favorite dish to prepare is probably is chicken, bacon, and pesto gnocchi.

Wanting to win is definitely a big motivation, but also to do well for my teammates and not let them down.
For me I’d have to say Wayne Rooney. His technical ability, his passing, his vision, and his goal scoring are all things I grew up watching and wanted to replicate.
