
CHATTANOOGA, Tn. (Mar. 27, 2021 ) – This afternoon the Chattanooga Red Wolves officially announced the additions of four new employees to the front office: Caroline McWhorter, Carlos Latapi, Owen Click, and Aaron Murray.
Caroline McWhorter joins Chattanooga Red Wolves SC as the Director of Human Resources. She brings a tremendous wealth of knowledge and expertise with more than 20 years experience in local Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. From the food and beverage industry to multi-state manufacturing, Caroline has mastered the ability to identify and match talent with career changing opportunities on every level.
“I’ve spent hundreds of weekends on the soccer fields with my children for over two decades, so to have the opportunity to do what I am passionate about within the sport that I love feels like I have come full circle,” said McWhorter.
Caroline will manage the full life-cycle of Human Resources, with a paramount focus on locating and landing top-quality candidates to increase the CRW footprint in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas.

Aaron Murray has been hired on as the Director of Corporate Sponsorships for the Chattanooga Red Wolves. As a sophomore at UTC, he began his professional endeavors by starting his own marketing company that specialized in aerial videography. After graduating in 2018 from UTC with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, he co-founded an ChattyWagon, a successful eco-friendly & free ride option downtown. As a Chattanooga native, Murray is excited to be part of the growth and continued development that CRW will influence in Chattanooga.
“It is truly ‘the next big thing’ to happen to the Chattanooga area,” said Murray. “I am honored to be a part of the growth and look forward to meeting all the fans.”
Aaron has previous experience selling advertising and sponsorship with local, national and international corporations, making an excellent new addition to the front office staff.

Carlos Latapi comes to Red Wolves from San Antonio, Texas, joining the front office as a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator. Upon graduating from the University of Texas, Carlos spent four seasons with the San Antonio Spurs as a Media Relations assistant. After an itch for new adventure set in, Carlos moved to Madrid to pursue an MBA in Sports Management from Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid and moved to Chicago to work for the U.S. Soccer Federation after completing his masters degree.
“Words alone can’t describe how happy I am to be here and excited to join such a great organization,” said Latapi. “Looking forward to an exciting season!”
Red Wolves are excited to see how Carlos can continue to grow CRW’s online presence and social media fan engagement.

Owen Click joined the front office staff with the Chattanooga Red Wolves as a Ticket Sales Account Executive. Growing up he played club soccer in Knoxville, developing his love and passion for soccer. As a Kingsport native, he went on to graduate from The University of Tennessee with a Sports Management Degree.
“I am looking forward to watching The Red Wolves grow and winning a USL League One Championship,” said Click.
Owen brings an unbridled passion for the sport, and an extra level of enthusiasm for the growth of the club. The Red Wolves look forward to seeing what he brings to the table.

The Chattanooga Red Wolves players and front office are working diligently to prepare for the team’s home opener on May 22nd at CHI Memorial Stadium.
