If you've received a voucher from the UW Credit Union for a free Forward Madison FC jersey because you've opened a new checking account with them, you're at the right place to find out how to redeem that voucher!
Here's what you need to do:
Step One – Bring your voucher to the Forward Madison FC team store located at Breese Stevens Field. The team store entrance is via Gate One, at the corner of East Washington Ave. and Paterson St. The team store hours are Wednesday and Friday, from 3 pm – 7 pm.
Step Two – Go to the person behind the front cash register area and present them with the voucher. As a gentle reminder, this must be the physical copy of the voucher. Our team will keep the voucher and provide you with one of the jerseys from the front. Size availability will be first-come, first-serve but we will do our best to accommodate everyone.
Step Three – Rock your new FMFC jersey around town and show your support for the 'Gos!
