
Forward Madison took on South Georgia Tormenta FC on a gorgeous night in Madison, WI. The game got off to a flying start with four quick chances for the Flamingos, but no goal. That changed in the 28th minute when Jake Keegan played a ball into the box and Josiah Trimmingham got a foot on it and put it in the back of the net to give the Flamingos the lead. After a back and forth possession battle, FMFC’s Gustavo Fernandes served up a ball to Justin Sukow, who headed the ball into the back of the net to regain the lead at 2-1. After the goal, the Flamingos largely controlled the ball, preventing South Georgia attempts at equalizing.
