The Fort Lauderdale United Juniors Free Youth Clinic is a community-based program designed to introduce young players to the beautiful game in a fun, supportive, and professional environment. Open to boys and girls of all skill levels, our clinics are led by Fort Lauderdale United FC Academy coaches and provide an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced trainers who are passionate about player development.
Our goal is to inspire a lifelong love for soccer while promoting physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The Fort Lauderdale United Juniors program serves as an entry point for young players looking to develop their skills and potentially join the FTL UTD Academy in the future.
Program Highlights
- When: Every Friday, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Where: FTL UTD Facility – AutoNation Field

- Ages: 2–12 (beginners welcome!)
- Cost: Free of charge

Q: My child has never played soccer before, is this for them?
A: Absolutely! This is a non-competitive and easy to follow class, where we introduce the beautiful game of soccer. Our soccer program is designed to accommodate players of all skill levels, whether you are a beginner or have prior experience.
Q: What should my child wear?
A: Your brand new FTL UTD branded shirt and weather appropriate clothing.
Q:What should I bring to the soccer sessions?
A: Participants are encouraged to bring the following items:
- Soccer cleats or athletic shoes “Closed toe”
- Comfortable athletic clothing
- Shin guards (mandatory for safety)
- Water bottle to stay hydrated
- Sunscreen (for outdoor sessions)
- Any necessary medications or medical equipment (if applicable)
Q: How often are the soccer sessions held?
A: Every Saturday, subject to cancellations and blackout dates. (To receive notifications register with the link)
Q: Is there any equipment provided by the program?
A: The program will provide soccer balls, training cones, and other necessary equipment for the sessions. However, participants are encouraged to bring their own soccer ball if they prefer.
Q: Are parent volunteers needed for the program?
