MANAGING YOUR TICKETS
You can view and manage your tickets anytime through your account at tickets.ftlutd.com. Please make sure to create your account using this same email address so your tickets appear correctly.
To create an account:
- Once verified and logged in, you’ll be able to manage your tickets online, transfer them to others, and add them to your mobile wallet
- Go to tickets.ftlutd.com and select Sign In in the top right corner, then choose Register for Free
- Enter your First and Last name, Email Address, and a Password
- You’ll receive a verification email — click the Verify link
- Select Verify Account
RIDE SHARE
The Ride Share location, drop-off and pick up location is
7520 SW 33rd Street, Davie, FL 33314 (the parking lot of the NSU Baseball Complex), which is located just south of Amerant Bank Field.
BOX OFFICE
The Box Office will open 90-minutes prior to kick-off for each home game. Game tickets can be purchased on-site at the box office. The Box Office is cashless, all tickets must be purchased via credit card. The Box Office is located next to Gate A, on the southwest side of Amerant Bank Field, adjacent to the HPD Parking Garage.

BAGS
Bags and backpacks are not permitted. Clutches no larger than 5″x8″ are permitted.
Medical device bags and infant bags may be permitted and checked at the gate of entry.

FAN CONDUCT
Our goal is to make Fort Lauderdale United FC matches the very best sporting event. To replicate the energy, enthusiasm, passion and electric atmosphere that we are seeing in other US cities across the country.
Amerant Bank Field’s fan atmosphere can provide the best home field advantage in the Gainbridge Super League. The players thrive off the vocal support provided by our die-hard fans and we encourage fans of all ages to join in chants, songs and displays that support and positively encourage the team.
While fan cheering and chanting is critical to our club’s energy and success, Fort Lauderdale United FC firmly condemns all forms of verbal and physical abuse and will not tolerate any types of these actions whether they are directed at fans, players, coaches, game officials or our staff.
Fans must abide by the following Fan Code of Conduct. Fans not abiding by the Fan Code of Conduct will be subject to removal and possibly additional longer-term sanctions solely at the club’s discretion.
◦ No signs or banners without prior approval may be displayed in the stadium. Inappropriate, derogatory or political language, messages, pictures or symbols will not be allowed to displayed. Our goal is to create a positive energy and experience for all. Any banners or pictures will need to conform to these standards to be considered for display.
◦ No misbehavior, such as throwing non-approved objects, disorderly conduct, abusive gestures, abusive language etc. will be allowed.
◦ No flares, Incendiary devices, smoke bombs, sparklers and fireworks of any kind can be set-off without official approval and following the approved process.
◦ No bullying, intimidation or fighting of any sort is allowed. This includes verbal and physical.
◦ Alcoholic beverages must be consumed in a responsible manner and only by those of legal age.
◦ Refrain from activities that damage the reputation of FTLUTD or the Gainbridge Super League.
◦ All other rules & regulations set by Fort Lauderdale United FC, Amerant Bank Field and Broward County must be followed.
MERCHANDISE
Fort Lauderdale United FC Merchandise will be available prior to the games in the Fan Zone and inside the Amerant Bank Field during all matches. Merchandise can also be bought online through the Official Team Store

EMERGENCY
WEATHER
Amerant Bank Field is an outdoor venue and thus susceptible to bad weather. Games will be delayed in the event of lightning and will be canceled if conditions are deemed unplayable by the match officials. Instructions will be provided in the stadium for fans to seek shelter as needed.
MEDICAL
A Guest Services is located on the southwest side of the stadium where fans needing medical or health assistance can receive these services.
LOST ITEMS
Lost items may be returned to the box office that is located next to Gate A, on the southwest side of the stadium, adjacent to the HFD Parking Garage
LOST CHILDREN
Any child found missing their guardian should be brought to the Guest Services and it is located on the southwest side of the stadium. Parents looking for a lost child should also report to the press box for assistance.
FAQS
Wheelchair and other ADA accessible seating is located throughout the stadium areas. Please call the Ticket Office in advance to request ADA seating.
Fans are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol while in Amerant Bank Field. Anyone under the age of 21 or visibly intoxicated will not be served alcohol. Alcohol sales will stop after the 80th minute of the match. All persons ordering alcohol will be asked to show proof of age.
Service Dogs with the proper certification are allowed inside Amerant Bank Field.
Please follow these guidelines:
◦ Respect other fans.
◦ Please keep your dog on a leash.
◦ Please clean up after your dog.
◦ Please keep your dog from physically or audibly disrupting other fans.
Fans at Amerant Bank Field may experience flashing lights which may be unsuitable for those with photosensitive epilepsy.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted at Amerant Bank Field. Special considerations may be made for medical reasons.
Re-entry is not allowed at Amerant Bank Field.
There are no refunds or exchanges on parking, tickets, or concessions. Cancellation of a game will result in a credit being applied to the fans account to be used for future ticketing or parking purchases in the same calendar year.
Smoking is not permitted inside Amerant Bank Field outside of the designated smoking areas.
