FRESNO, Calif. – Central Valley Fuego FC announced on Thursday it has signed midfielder Jesus Partida as the club builds its roster for its inaugural 2022 USL League One season. The signing is pending league and federation approval.
Collegiately, Partida competed for the University of Las Vegas, Nevada (UNLV). He recorded 49 appearances, five goals and two assists between 2017- 2021. He earned WAC Honorable Mention in 2018 and was named All-WAC Freshman Team and WAC Honorable Mention in 2017.
The Reno, NV. native is a product of the youth system and competed with Sagebrush Soccer Club. Partida participated between 2011- 2017.
“I’m excited to start my professional career with Fuego FC and a great group of guys,” said Partida. “The fan base is very invested and hopefully we can deliver! I want to thank my family and support system for helping me achieve this goal.”
