Fuego FC Announces Signing of Forward Josh Fawole for the 2024 Season
FRESNO, CA – Fuego FC proudly announces the signing of forward Josh Fawole for the upcoming 2024 season. The dynamic player, previously with Maryland Bobcats FC of the NISA, brings a wealth of experience and talent to the team.
From Columbia, Maryland, Fawole’s journey in professional soccer has taken him across various leagues, showcasing his prowess on both national and international platforms. Fawole played four years of college soccer at Loyola University Maryland between 2016 and 2019, making 68 appearances, scoring 20 goals and tallying 10 assists.
During the 2020 season, Fawole demonstrated his skills with Loudoun United FC, a USL Championship team, where he made a significant impact, netting a goal. His versatility and dedication on the field earned him recognition beyond borders, leading him to play for Maidstone United in the National League, England, during the 2022 season.
