The Red-and-White are back at Segra Field to take on Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC on Saturday, April 1 at 3:45 p.m. ET. The match will be host to a beautiful 75 degree day and the Red-and-White’s inaugural Egg Hunt.

Loudoun United look to bounce back from their first loss of the season this past weekend.
Goalkeeper Hugo Fauroux returned to the lineup after missing the San Antonio match due to injury.
Forward Zach Ryan will be available for selection after serving his one match suspension against FC Tulsa. Ryan leads the Red-and-White with three goals and one assist in two matches. Kalil ElMedkhar currently leads the team with six chances created.
Abdoul Zanne started his first match of the 2023 season, playing 45 minutes. Loudoun’s backline has played every minute this season. Koa Santos, Gaoussou Samaké, Cole Turner and Yanis Leerman have combined for 29 clearances, 23 interceptions and 63 duels won.

About Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC
Colorado Springs currently sit in 5th place in the Western Conference Standings. The Switchbacks are 1-1-1, losing their first match on March 25 against San Antonio FC 0-1.
In a rematch of the 2022 USL Championship Western Conference Final, the Switchbacks had a chance at a draw but a stoppage time penalty kick for Zach Zandi was denied by San Antonio’s goalkeeper.
Drew Skundrich returns to Segra Field, starting all three matches and leading Colorado with three shots on target.
Match Up History
United have only faced the Colorado-side once before. The Switchbacks got the better of the Red-and-White in 2021 at Segra Field, defeating Loudoun 3-1.
On The Concourse
Loudoun United FC will host the inaugural egg hunt at Segra Field. During halftime, all kids aged 12 and under are invited to participate in the halftime egg hunt! Click here to register, spots are limited. There will also be a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny!
The concourse will be filled with family fun activities including face painting and inflatable games. The new Loudoun United mascot’s name will be revealed during the match, vote here for your favorite name.
