
You recently signed with Loudoun United ahead of the 2022 season. How has the transition been since joining the squad?
“It’s been quite smooth. We have a great group of boys and a fantastic coaching staff so its made the transition very easy for me.”
You have tremendous experience for such a young career from spending time playing in England, France, and Germany to most recently playing for Major League Soccer side, Inter Miami. How has that early experience helped your game grow?
“There’s no doubt that I have obtained tremendous experience from all of those places. Of course each place presented a slightly different playing style, but reflecting over the years I’ve realized that these experiences weren’t only beneficial for my development on the field, but have also allowed me to mature and grow into the person I am today.”
You’ve made an immediate impact for Loudoun United. You currently lead the team in chances created and have been recognized on USL’s Team of the Week twice. How does that early recognition feel?
“It feels good to have that recognition, but more importantly I’m just happy to help the team perform well and walk away ready for the game on Sunday.”
You are back against Louisville City this Sunday. How are you and the team preparing for this big matchup?
“It should be a great test this weekend, but our process remains the same. It’s been a good week of training, and we’re all excited and ready for the game on Sunday.”
What can we expect from Sami Guediri this season?
“Magic.”
