The Red-and-White come home from their road trip with three points, following a 3-0 win against Las Vegas Lights FC and a 1-2 loss at San Diego Loyal.
Goalkeeper Dane Jacomen had a standout performance against Las Vegas, securing a clean sheet, saving five shots including a penalty in the 51st minute. Jacomen earned Team of the Week honors for Week 23.
Loudoun sits in 10th place in the Eastern Conference but only five points back of the playoff line. The club showed flashes of success, including the match against San Diego. United were moments away from three points on August 9 before a late comeback by the California-side.
Midfielder Kalil ElMedkhar recorded a goal in both matches. Midfielder Houssou Landry and Forward Wesley Leggett also saw their name on the scoresheet against Las Vegas Lights.
