ElMedkhar and Hegardt Earn USL Championship Team of the Week Honors in Week 28
Midfielder Kalil ElMedkhar and midfielder Chris Hegardt earned USL Championship Team of the Week honors for their performance in Week 28.
ElMedkhar recorded a goal and assist and had three shots and two chances created while winning 2 of 2 tackles and 9 of 13 duels defensively in the 2-2 draw with the Charleston Battery.
Hegardt had a stellar performance in his home debut, recording a goal and assist. He also created four chances and eight duels won defensively.
