PHOENIX (May 10, 2019) — Defender Kyle Bjournethun has been called up by Phoenix Rising FC from USL League One affiliate FC Tucson. Bjournethun has started four FC Tucson matches during the 2019 season logging 360 minutes played while serving as the captain.
This marks the second call up from FC Tucson to Phoenix Rising as Austin Ledbetter was called up prior to Rising FC’s road draw with Sacramento Republic. Bjournethun will wear number 32 and is available for selection tonight when Phoenix Rising host RGV Toros FC.
