PHOENIX, Ariz. (Thursday, June 25) – Phoenix Rising FC will battle LA Galaxy II, Las Vegas Lights FC, Orange County SC and San Diego Loyal in Group B for a spot in the 2020 USL Championship Playoffs when the club returns to play on Saturday, July 11.
The 2019 USL Regular-Season Title Winners also resumed full-contact training today.
The USL Championship announced the Western Conference groups today and wrote a Group B feature.
Detailed in the Championship’s announcement of the updated season structure, each team in Group B will play its fellow group members three times. The remaining games will be played against teams that fall within a similar geographic region.
