
PHOENIX (May 4, 2018) — Phoenix Rising FC finishes its three-match homestand with a rematch against LA Galaxy II this Friday The match kicks off at 7:30 p.m. and fans can watch the match locally on Yurview Arizona, Cox channels 4&1004 in Phoenix and 7&1007 in Tucson. They can also stream the match on ESPN+. The match will also be simulcast live on the radio on El Patron 93.7 FM (Spanish language) and Fox Sports 910 AM (English).
Rising FC won the previous matchup, 1-0, in LA on April 11. In that match forward Didier Drogba scored the lone goal. Overall, this will be the 15th meeting between the two clubs with Rising having a 7-5-1 lead in the series. Phoenix Rising is currently in the middle of a four-match unbeaten streak, the club's longest unbeaten streak against a single opponent.
“I think everything has been there, we just need to score," said midfielder Collin Fernandez. "We need to take our opportunities in front of goal and make the most of them. "
Added midfielder Solomon Asante: "I think this week has gone amazing. We need to do something exceptional to win this Friday and I think we’ve pushed everything. The work that we are doing, there’s no reason that we should lose now."
