In celebration of Black History Month, Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC are highlighting Tiffani Adams, owner of Amiracle Ade Lemonade Company, a local business that empowers young people around Louisville to develop business skills and financial independence.
“I believe that investing in the next generation is the key to building stronger communities,” Adams said. “Young people need opportunities, guidance, and real-world experiences to help them navigate their futures. Through Amiracle Ade, I strive to provide jobs, mentorship, and exposure to entrepreneurship, showing them that their ideas and hard work can turn into something great. If we don’t invest in them, who will?”
Amiracle Ade sets up lemonade stands for different community events and has a number of stands around the city, including one inside Lynn Family Stadium.
“Having a presence at Lynn Family Stadium has given us visibility in front of thousands of fans, allowing us to share our brand with a diverse audience,” Adams said. “The support from the Louisville community has been amazing, and it reinforces why we do what we do — bringing people together through something as simple yet powerful as a refreshing cup of lemonade.”
Along with running Amiracle Ade, Adams works as an ambassador with the Louisville Metro Office for Women, where she helps advocate for fellow women aspiring to be business owners and entrepreneurs.
“Representation matters, and I want to be a voice that uplifts and creates pathways for other women to succeed. Whether it’s through business ownership, financial literacy, or leadership development, empowering women means strengthening entire families and communities.”
For Adams, Black History Month is a time to reflect, celebrate and educate on the resilience, brilliance and contributions of Black people throughout history.
“For me, it’s personal,” she said. “I stand on the shoulders of those who paved the way for Black entrepreneurs and leaders like myself. It’s also about inspiring the next generation to see themselves as innovators, business owners, and change-makers. Every day, we’re making history, and it’s important to recognize that.”
