ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (April 8, 2019) — In maybe the closest vote ever, Tampa Bay Rowdies fans have selected defender David Najem as Man of the Match for his performance in Saturday night’s match against the Hartford Athletic.
Najem came off the bench and scored 63 seconds later in his first competitive appearance since tearing his left ACL last season. It was a short cameo, but an emotional one that will be remembered for a long time.
