SACRAMENTO, Calif. (April 1, 2016) – Sacramento Republic FC received forward Mark Sherrod on loan from the USL club’s MLS affiliate, the San Jose Earthquakes. Sherrod was previously on loan with Republic FC at the end of the 2015 season.
Sherrod appeared in six USL matches on loan with Republic FC last season, including the club’s lone 2015 USL playoff match. The forward scored one goal while on loan. Sherrod appeared in six matches for the Quakes in the 2015 season. He has two goals and an assist in 15 career MLS appearances.
