How many tattoos do you have? Any new ones planned?
“I don’t know the exact number to be honest, I have my whole arm and I have my side. I don’t know what the total number is, but I do plan on getting a few more it’s an addiction.”
What are you most excited for about this year?
“During preseason it was just getting the season underway, and now that the season is underway just continuing this winning streak we’re on. Also I’m enjoying coming together as a team and as one, although ultimately game time is where it’s really at.”
Any matchday superstitions? If so what are they?
“I like to get a little rest in on matchdays and just hang out, have a good lunch and such. I usually like to arrive to the locker room earlier. Also it’s a must for me to get a little work done by Katy [our physical therapist] and Jesse [our chiropractor]. And I have to be at a certain locker too, it’s my third year at that locker. My locker is in the far left corner.”
What’s your favorite thing about playing defense?
“Getting in the attack as much as possible and help the team out both offensively and defensively.”
What’s your order at Chipotle?
“I usually go with the burrito bowl, brown rice, black beans. Half chicken half steak. pico, sour cream, corn, cheese, guacamole, and maybe some medium sauce.”

“I started because it was an elective class in college. I had a really good yoga teacher, and the class was just really cool. I felt my body was benefiting from it and so it was a no brainer to make it a habit. I took a class and I liked it so I’ve been doing it ever since. I love going to Solfire, their staff is fantastic.”
