Extra time gave Columbus Crew the legitimate additional half hour needed to find two goals as Pedro Santos scored in the 99th minute and Gyasi Zardes followed in the 103rd minute to finish off the 2-0 win over Nashville SC. The Revs will now clash with the Crew this Sunday at noon PT in the Eastern Conference Final with a spot in the championship match on the line.
