Sarasota Paradise is excited to announce the return of local standout Andres Freire for the 2025 USL League Two season. A Sarasota native, Freire enters his second year with the club, bringing versatility and a deep connection to the community.
Freire developed his game at the Chargers Development Academy before competing at the collegiate level with the University of South Florida and later transferring to Stetson University. His journey reflects a player with strong roots in Florida soccer and a relentless drive to grow at every stage.
“I’m really excited for this season, as I’ll get to represent my hometown in front of my friends and family,” Freire said. “I’ll also get to compete at the highest level with great players around me for a Championship.”
A steady presence on and off the field, Freire brings experience and leadership as the club pushes for a Championship in 2025.
Fans can catch him in action this summer at Premier Sports Campus at Lakewood Ranch. Tickets are available at sarasotaparadise.us/tickets.
