STATESBORO, Ga. – June 7, 2024 – South Georgia Tormenta FC’s Elis Nemtsov has been named the Tormenta FC May W League Player of the Month for her outstanding performances throughout the month.
Fans had the final say on Nemtsov’s May Player of the Month award, voting on the Tormenta FC app.

Nemtsov received 57% of the vote, winning May’s W League Player of the Month award.
The Georgia Southern attacker scored in two out of four matches for South Georgia and led the team with three goals in May. Nemtsov’s strongest performance of the month came against South Carolina United FC, in which she netted the Ibises’ first brace of the season.
