STATESBORO, Ga. – June 21, 2024 – South Georgia Tormenta FC will travel to Chattanooga, Tennessee, to face Chattanooga Red Wolves SC. The match will kick off at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 22, at CHI Memorial Stadium.

South Georgia’s back line kept its third USL League One regular season clean sheet of the season during Saturday’s match on ESPN 2. Preston Kilwien was voted Tormenta FC’s player of the match, but his fellow center-backs played an equally important role in maintaining the clean sheet. The trio of Kilwien, Jake Dengler, and Callum Stretch combined two completed 11 clearances, eight interceptions, and three tackles. The three defenders also won seven duels and allowed just one Madison shot on target.

Chattanooga’s Mayele Malango scored two goals in the Red Wolves’ last match and will hope to continue his goal-scoring form with five goals in his last five matches for the Red Wolves.
